Another great tutorial video showing you step by step how to upload a video.  Just in case you didn't read the HELP file,  the recommended formats are AVI or FLV.  (despite what the help file says about ALL the various supported formats)  They really do prefer the highest quality AVI files in 640 x 480.  15 - 30 frames per second.  In their words, no need to convert to FLV since they will have to convert the file anyway.   Click Play to watch the video…
