Do you have some project work you need to get done?  Think you can figure it out yourself?  You probably can, but the day to day tasks seem to keep getting in the way.  How will you ever get the project off the ground if you never even get to start the project? 

One word.  OUTSOURCE. 

Let someone ELSE do the work for you.  One of the more popular sites which allows you to post your project and select a programmer is RentACoder.com.  However, if you've never used RentACoder before, it can be a little overwhelming.
