Well, for any of you who know about StomperNet and their passion for teaching, here is the first of likely many free videos they will release as they gear up for the re-launch of StomperNet.  Word has it there will also be another launch on Social Marketing ala Web 2.0.   

No sense, beating around the bush.  Here is a great video about doubling your free traffic through some (somewhat advanced) techniques.  If it doesn't sink in right away, watch it again.  It's really not that difficult once you wrap your hands around the concept.  Plus, Andy Jenkins does a really great job of showing you the exact steps to take.
