In case you haven't heard yet, TechSmith, the makers of the great screen capture software called Camtasia is offering a FREE download of an older version of Camtasia.  Their current version goes for $299, but you can get version 3.0 for free.  I'm not sure how long it will be available, so you should grab it quick. 

I don't earn a penny for telling you this and it's no affiliate program, but Camtasia version 3.0 is a solid peice of software and is the EXACT version I have used for all the tutorial video's on this site.  Grab your copy before TechSmith changes their mind.

UPDATE:  Wow, TechSmith just upped the FREE Giveaways!!!

They are NOW giving away a free copy of their SnagIT program that allows you to grab an image of anything on the screen including a long scrolling web page.  Why are they doing this?  In the hopes that you upgrade to their latest version.  But don't wory, the version you get is a full working copy.   Yep, I use this software too!
