Guru Mastermind - Behind the Scenes of a $20 Million Dollar Information Marketing Business

Things are heating up in the contest of who can give away the best free information. The two key contenders? Eben Pagan and the StomperNet boys Brad Fallon and Andy Jenkins. I'll be writing about both in the upcoming days and weeks, but in this post I'll focus on Eben Pagan and his video where he peels back the covers and shows a "behind the scenes" of his life and business.

The video starts with Eben showing you around his modest home. From there, he walks you to his office and shows you around. It's refreshing to see a "guru" who's not leading a life of excess. Eben Pagan appears to lead a simple life with a focus on health, personal productivity, self improvement and making the world a better place by sharing what he has learned.

As you look at a "Guru" you need to evaluate their motives. Are they just in it for the money and willing to tell you various mistruths? Are they giving you a rehash of the same old information packaged differently and hyped by all their friends in the internet marketing world?

Or are they speaking from a position of integrity? Of honesty? Truly wanting to help? In Ebens case, I know he really wants to make a difference in the way we create products, market them and add value to the world. I can tell from my personal interactions with him that offering value to his prospects and customers is WAY more important than making money for himself. The money seems to be taking care of itself simply by Eben putting the needs of his customers first.

It is said that the marketplace votes with it's wallet. Me, my vote goes to Eben. Of all the various "guru's" available to learn from, Eben is the guy I have chosen to study. I have seen him present live on 4 separate occasions. Twice at StomperNet Live events. For an entire week as I attended his Altitude 5-Day training in October out in Los Angeles. And again at Frank Kerns Mass Control Live Event in April.
